A first-generation college graduate of The Citadel and a Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard, he brings an operator's discipline to every dollar he stewards.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, he built Alviter Capital to give working professionals — including the Spanish-speaking families and entrepreneurs he grew up around — a serious, honest path into real estate. He lives in Marietta, Georgia with his family.

Who can invest?
Many opportunities are limited to accredited investors as defined by the SEC; some structures may be available more broadly. We'll tell you plainly what you qualify for when we talk — no guesswork.
What's the minimum investment?
It varies by deal, typically starting in the low five figures. Each opportunity comes with its own specifics, which we share in writing before you commit a dollar.
How passive is it, really?
Fully passive. You contribute capital; we handle sourcing, valuation, financing, and day-to-day operations. You receive distributions and regular reporting — no tenants, no toilets, no 2 a.m. phone calls.
What markets do you invest in?
Our current owned portfolio is across Georgia — Stockbridge, Rome, Augusta, and East Point. From there, we're actively targeting value-add and multifamily opportunities across the Southeast: Atlanta and surrounding metro cities, Birmingham, Chattanooga, Nashville, Augusta, Greenville, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Through our partnership with MWN Capital, we also pursue larger multifamily assets nationally.
How do I actually make money?
Through cash-flow distributions while we hold an asset and potential appreciation when it's sold or refinanced. All figures presented are estimates and targets — never guarantees.
